This role is focused on customer retention, organic growth, and demand generation with existing clients to upgrade and upsell solutions to solve business problems based on current technology capabilities and New Era's strategic solution offerings. A successful Inside Sales Rep is organized, communicates effectively, and enjoys a fast paced, challenging environment. PRIMARY DUTIES include but not limited to: Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for enterprise customers. Lead demand generation activities with existing enterprise customers to upsell strategic solutions from New Era's strategic solution portfolio. Achieve monthly and daily goals: Researched and aligned calls per day to existing enterprise customers based on existing solutions and upgrades/upsells/organic growth expectations Meetings per Month (phone and F2F) - Target agenda is established prior to meeting. All information notes post meeting managed with CRM. Qualified Opportunities per month Develop and cultivate client relationships with both existing and new customers. Respond to customer requests in a timely manner. Update CRM with accurate information regarding customer profiles, opportunity information and contract information. Support agreement renewals of enterprise customers with delivered services and solutions, as required Participate collaboratively in Sales Operations team meetings, as required COMPETENCIES: General understanding of Technology services and offerings in a business environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Understanding of how to leverage LinkedIn and other platforms in social selling Exceptional organizational skills and high energy Excellent communication skills - able to deliver clear, concise messaging to executive stakeholders Must be able to ask probing questions and gather information/research Must be ambitious, persistent, and consistent Must be goal oriented with an ability to focus on a goal and achieve that goal REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BS in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred Proven work experience in business operations, sales operations, or inside sales Proven strong analytical and organizational skills LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal channels. PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing). Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Standard business hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. TRAVEL: Occasional travel driven by market requirements.
