The Accounting Clerk will be part of the Accounts Payable (AP) Team and report to the AP Manager. The clerk will primarily assist in coding and mapping credit card charges into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and reviewing timesheets and expense reports for our physician payroll. The ideal candidate must maintain a high level of confidentiality, be able to build strong relationships across teams, have a positive attitude, be a quick learner, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be tech-savvy. Responsibilities

  • Physician Payroll (1099 contractors):
  • Create deal sheets within the customer relationship management system, Salesforce
  • Work with sales consultants and managers to ensure all information on deal sheets is accurate
  • Work closely with the Assignment Coordinators while managing Pay Projections
  • Assist in reviewing expense reports for accuracy
  • Assist in onboarding providers to ADP
  • Accounts Payable:
  • Extract credit card data and import it into the CRM tool
  • Map transactions for coding within the ERP system
  • Resolve non-billable transactions for Gross Margins (GM) or payroll deductions

  • Work Schedule
  • This role is based in-office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for one remote workday per week (currently Wednesdays), subject to change based on business needs.
  • Pay Rate
  • $24.27 per hour

Requirements

  • Associates degree or actively working towards it in accounting
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and great organization and prioritizing skills
  • Attention to detail and focus on accuracy is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable performing routine tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
