Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the performance and development of selected key accounts and distributors to meet the business assignment goals.
  • You will develop a new business and new pipeline for IC segment in North VN to meet the business targets and needs for sustainable profitable growth.
  • You will maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, sales forecast and commercial activity with selected key accounts and distributors.
  • You will co-ordinate and driven selected distributors to opening and develop new business and new customers for PPG.
  • You will maintain regular and proactive contact with all customers within the assigned market area to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction, promptly address any concerns, and strengthen long-term business relationships.
  • Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling with distributors sales team to build selling skills.
  • Co-ordinate with technical, TS team to develop a new paint technology and application and product platform to meet market and customer requirement.
  • Collaborate with different departments to implement cost-saving projects, driving operational efficiency and supporting overall performance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales management, commercial role in coating or industrial business.
  • Experience with customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Demonstrated strength in sales development and hunting, with the ability to identify, target, and secure new customers to increase business growth and market expansion.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects in English (Chinese communication is an advantage).

You will be responsible for all Industrial Coating business segments and selected focus in Transco and Powder GI accounts in North Viet Nam. You will lead the performance and development of key accounts and distributors, ensuring understanding of delivery of business targets. You will be based in Bac Ninh and reporting directly to Business Development Manager North VN
