You will be responsible for the careful preparation and precise subdivision of personnel files, following specified categories and document types and always ensuring compliance with statutory deletion deadlines. Your tasks include accurately sticking barcodes on each file, efficiently capturing it using a barcode scanner and properly packing the personnel files in boxes. In addition, you will actively support our HR Service Team in a wide range of administrative tasks of day-to-day business, such as the preparation of employment contracts, references and the processing of changes in working hours. Your profile? You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) of (business) psychology, business administration or a comparable course of study and would like to gain valuable insights into the HR sector alongside your studies. You are characterized by your structured and conscientious way of working, so that you always complete assigned tasks reliably and precisely. Very good German and English skills round off your profile and as a team player (m/f/x) you look forward to working regularly with your colleagues (m/f/x) in our office in Ulm.
