- Minimum 5 years of managerial or senior managerial experience in construction or engineering-related fields, demonstrating expertise in compensation and benefits, talent management, training and development, and HR service excellence.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a strategic understanding of the construction business environment.
- Knowledge of local and regional labour legislation is advantageous.
- Established network within land transport and infrastructure construction sectors and key industry professionals.
