  • Working a rewarding shift pattern of 2 days on and 4 days off - giving you genuine work-life balance.

Requirements

  • We're looking for people with heart, resilience, and the ambition to lead. You might already be a Team Leader ready for a fresh challenge, or an experienced Residential Care Worker who is ready to step up. Either way, we'll back you all the way.

  • Flexibility to work the 2-days-on / 4-days-off shift pattern.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare - or willingness to work towards it (fully supported by us).
  • Physical Intervention & De-escalation Training
  • Our approach always prioritises de-escalation, and physical intervention is only ever a last resort. You'll be fully equipped, supported, and never left to manage challenging situations alone.
