We are seeking for The Customer Service Assistant (interim) motivated and detail-oriented student to join our customer service team as a part-time assistant. This role involves tracking offers, maintaining data, and performing various administrative tasks. The position requires a short training period and offers flexible working hours to accommodate your academic schedule. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION : In this position, you will get to: Ouote Tracking: Monitor and follow up on customer offers in the Salesforce/SAP System, ensuring timely responses and updates. Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, i.e. order entry, rescheduling, others YOU HAVE: Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's studies Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Ability to work as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
