- 5+ years of experience in EHS roles with a Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, exposure monitoring, and safety audits.
- Familiarity with relevant EHS regulations and standards, including ISO 45001.
- Technical expertise in recognizing, evaluating, and controlling occupational and environmental hazards.
- Experience supporting construction or facility projects, particularly in industrial or semiconductor environments.
- Professional certifications such as SHO , RPO, Environmental competency or related credentials.
- Experience with incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects independently.
