About ING International Talent Programme (ITP) Joining the ING International Talent Programme (ITP) gives you the opportunity to play an active role in driving the change ING aims to achieve. Over the course of 18 months , you will deepen your expertise in your chosen discipline while gaining insight into ING's complex IT environment. Now we provide borderless services with bank-wide capabilities and operate from two locations: Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca . The mission This comprehensive programme is designed to equip talented graduates with the knowledge, skills, and hands ‑ on experience needed to become ING's future leaders. The programme is truly international, bringing together over 100 trainees across 14 countries. Your ITP rotations Over the course of 18 months , you'll explore different areas within ING through a structured rotation program. You'll begin your journey as a Junior Data Analyst or Data Scientist and continue to grow your expertise in this field throughout the programme . During this year and a half, you'll complete three rotations , each lasting six months. In the second rotation, you'll have the unique opportunity to work abroad on one of your projects. With ING's global presence, this international experience could take you to locations such as Singapore, the United States, Poland, Australia, or Spain.
