Translate global fashion trends and brand vision into commercially successful womens- and menswear collections Design and develop seasonal concepts, including silhouettes, fabrics, prints, and color palettes Create design briefings, sketches, and style sheets Support fittings, prototype development, and technical execution to ensure fit and quality Conduct ongoing trend research and market analysis Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, buying, and other teams to ensure brand alignment Degree in Fashion Design or a related field 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a modern high-street or commercial brand Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, fits, and product development processes Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong trend awareness, creativity, and commercial mindset Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to manage deadlines and work within seasonal collection timelines Fluent in English; German is a plus Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page .
