Project Manager - Base Building

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles from ground-breaking through final handover.
• Lead the complete project buyout and procurement process.
• Oversee both structural base building and integrated commercial interior finishes.
• Manage budgets, monthly forecasting, and master schedules.
• Required Qualifications
• Proven track record managing ground-up/base-building commercial projects.
• Solid experience and knowledge in high-end commercial interiors.
• Demonstrated capability to handle project buyouts independently.
• Mandatory Tech Stack: Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Office.

Additional Information

Position Overview We are hiring Project Managers capable of bringing buildings completely out of the ground. While the core focus is structural base building, candidates must also possess strong knowledge and experience in interior buildouts. We need autonomous, "soup-to-nuts" leaders who can buy out a project independently and run it through to final delivery.
