Responsibilities

  • Key Account Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement tailored account plans for key hospitals and pain management centers
  • -Drive product adoption and ensure optimal formulary positioning within assigned accounts

  • -Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and prescription trends
  • -Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to shape business strategy
  • Required Experience
  • Must have opioid analgesic products experiences
  • Minimum 10+years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with proven experience in Key Account Management
  • Experience in DC listing or adoption of opioid products within hospitals Experience in opioid analgesics and/or oncology, transdermal patch markets Experience in non-cancer pain products within semi-hospitals
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • -Strong understanding of hospital systems and decision-making processes -Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to opioid products
  • -Prior experience handling high-value hospital accounts
  • -Established network within pain management or oncology segments
  • -Ability to manage complex and sensitive therapeutic areas
  • -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and decision-makers
  • -High level of integrity with a strong commitment to ethical promotion and compliance
  • -Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure -Proven ability to work effectively across multiple functions and teams
