Requirements

• Experience driving alignment across senior leadership and multifunctional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Experience working with workflows design and project management for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Additional education may substitute for the required experience when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:
• Master's degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing related functions and at least 4 years of progressive experience in senior leadership role leading enterprise-level initiatives and influencing cross-functional senior stakeholders.
• Doctor's degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of experience performing related functions and with progressive experience in senior leadership role leading enterprise-level initiatives and influencing cross-functional senior stakeholders.

Job Summary: Acts as a strategic advisor to the Chief Corporate Services Officer, guiding enterprise transformation, multi-disciplinary workforce integration and optimization initiatives to ensure strategic priorities are executed with discipline through robust governance, operating model alignment, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. Job Description: Aligns corporate services business priorities by supporting health and safety, security, fleet, facilities and procurement strategies. Acts like a liaison between the Chief and the business building relationships and partners with the business to support high-performing teams in driving innovation, culture, and results.
