Requirements

- Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) in education, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field with emphasis on adult learning, curriculum design, or educational leadership Preferred
- 4-6 years experience providing clinical or professional education within a healthcare or regulated environment, including curriculum development and learner evaluation Required and
- 1-3 years in a formal leadership, supervisory, or program management role within a healthcare or clinical education setting Required
- Demonstrated ability to design and evaluate competency-based, outcomes-driven education programs
- Proficiency with learning management systems, simulation, or technology-enabled education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor content to key target audiences.
