Roles & Responsibilities: Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions. Reconcile bank statements and accounting records. Generate and issue invoices to customers. Prepare and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on overdue payments. Manage supplier invoices and process vendor payments. Handle petty cash reimbursements, staff expense claims, and banking matters. Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and correspondence. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate office communications. Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
