Your role as a Wealth Adviser is that of an advisor to clients, and it is our responsibility to ensure you are confident in offering broad and skilled advice covering a range of financial planning including investment management, retirement planning and wealth protection planning.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Comprehensive Wealth Advice : Partner with in‑house specialists and subject matter experts to provide clients with holistic financial planning and wealth solutions across investments, protection, and estate structures.
  • Provide Expertise in Protection & Planning: Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance products and advanced financial planning concepts, supporting clients with high quality, tailored recommendations.
  • Stay Current on Market & Regulatory Developments: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new
  • products, market trends, regulatory updates, and tax changes to ensure all advice is timely, relevant, and fully compliant.
  • Client & Partner Communication: Offer exceptional communication and service to clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth case handling, clear explanations, and consistent client engagement.
  • Portfolio Construction & Management: Develop and implement investment strategies for clients, including solutions such as bespoke portfolio structures.
  • Estate & Succession Advisory: Support clients in structuring assets for multi‑generational transfer, including the establishment of trusts to preserve wealth and legacy.
  • Tax Planning & Optimisation: Design strategic tax efficient solutions to minimise liabilities and enhance clients' long-term, after-tax outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/University degree from a recognised institution or equivalent academic qualifications.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in insurance and investment product sales required. Offshore experience would be advantageous.
  • Broad understanding of financial services, product solutions and all aspects of planning strategies and concepts.
  • Client-centric skills including excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accreditations: RES5, CM-CIS, CM-LIP or CM-LIC, HI required.
