Living with your client, you will provide personalised support, share meaningful time together, and help them continue living in the place they love most-their own home. This role is about more than care; it is about connection. With the support of a caring team, you will build strong relationships, offer comfort and consistency, and make a genuine difference every day-because we believe you can do your best when you feel valued. Role at a Glance: Pay: £945 per week Shift Set Up: Around 10 hours of active care per day, with a 2-hour break where you can leave the property. Outside of these hours, you will remain in the home on-call if needed.
