- Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with wind turbines, performing/leading preventive maintenance and actively participating in corrective maintenance
- Completed technical training in electrical, mechanical, or related fields, with active CFT registration
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work at heights, under adverse weather conditions, and in high-pressure environments
- Valid National Driver's License (CNH) category B
- Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and demonstrate operational discipline

- Familiarity with different wind turbine platforms
- Experience with commissioning or major corrective actions (desirable)
