Responsibilities

  • Hiring Strategy & Planning:
  • Partner with Hiring/People Leaders to determine hiring plans
  • Review requisitions and define interview strategies
  • Develop customized application and screening questions
  • Job Posting & Sourcing:

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

  • Support onboarding processes including documentation, background checks, and system setup
  • Partner with Hiring/People Leaders to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Run onboarding sessions
  • Recruitment Systems & Administration:
  • Manage Greenhouse workflows, approvals, and reporting .
  • Preferred Education and Experience
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in the HR function.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and industries.
  • Experience working in a small to mid-size organization, with exposure to dynamic environments.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (including Greenhouse) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment technologies
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities across recruitment
  • Practical understanding of day-to-day HR operations and challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to engage with and influence senior/CXO-level stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and guide team members, ensuring productivity, collaboration, and high performance.
