About the role

FOR THE GS-14 LEVEL: Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one or more full-time years (12-months) of specialized work experience, equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, performing the following duties: Attending high-level leadership meetings and capturing critical policy changes, operational mandates, and cross-component directives to deliver concise, actionable briefings to senior executives; Translating complex, mission-critical EOIR requirements into balanced and effective administrative support strategies; Coordinating with multiple DOJ offices and stakeholders to align processes, resolve operational issues, and support mission-critical objectives; Designing, maintaining, and interpreting a high-level executive dashboard to inform leadership decision-making; Tracking key performance indicators, including budget burn rates, procurement timelines, facility capacity, and HR onboarding metrics; AND Reviewing workforce metrics to ensure recruitment pipelines, staffing availability, and retention strategies support evolving caseload demands.
