- Follow up with pended application items and make outbound calls as necessary

- Strong understanding of credit reports, processing and risk as well as financial, checking and processing statements.
- College Degree Preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication in addition to customer service skills
- Exercises superb phone etiquette skills.
- Uncanny attention to detail possessing a sound accuracy record on previous data entry work
- Capable of organizing work for self and others to maximize productivity and increase efficiency for data entry
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
- Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job.
- Strong work ethic, using time productively to accomplish work goals
- Maintains focus on accomplishing desired results.
- Can be trusted to keep sensitive information secure.
- Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision
