Audit Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the audit practice
• Manage a portfolio of key clients and deliver exceptional audit services
• Oversee PCAOB and IPO audit engagements and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships while building new business opportunities
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure full compliance with professional and regulatory standards
• Guide and mentor audit teams to develop technical excellence (e.g., SFRS, IFRS, US GAAP, ACRA, PCAOB)
• Participate actively in firm-wide leadership, operational planning, and growth initiatives
• Lead technical discussions on complex accounting and auditing matters
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in audit methodology and practice management

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in external audit
• Proven track record in client management and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and sound judgment
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead audit teams effectively
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and commercial acumen
