Prepares fiscal impact analysis of proposed legislation, summary data, and justification of budgetary programs.Assists in long-range fiscal planning and in the development and implementation of fiscal policies and procedures. Observes financial activities through periodic reports and administrative reviews, developing controls to assure accountability for financial operations and policy implementation.Assists in the development and maintenance of fiscal reporting methods and provides needed financial management information and recommendations. Reviews and analyzes information from studies and projects for immediate and long-range program development.Represents the Oklahoma Health Care Authority at various meetings, including meetings with other agencies.
