The selected candidate will provide day-to-day supervision for the satellite offices in Columbus County and provide casework supervision for two school caseloads. Job responsibilities include: - Provide direct casework supervision to 2 Rehabilitation Counselor assisting with job development, job placement and other services needed to complete a rehabilitation plan for employment for high school student in transition. - Administrative management tasks to include casework approvals to ensure quality service delivery for the assigned coverage area - Budget development and performance management/improvement - Staff development/training, and consultation/technical assistance to subordinate staff - Community Outreach to promote agency awareness - Foster collaborative relationship with local school systems - Work may include other related assignments as determined by Unit Manager Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Grade Range: $50,088.00 - $ 87,654.00 Recruitment Range: $50,088.00 - $ 75,000.00 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.
