Responsibilities

- Handle customer feedback and maintain a high-quality client experience
- Ensure proper use of BeauteSoft for appointments, billing, and customer records
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or related industry
- At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
- Familiar with BeauteSoft is an advantage
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
