As Operations & Maintenance Optimizer III, you'll identify, analyze, and implement opportunities, processes and changes that improve reliability and reduce operating costs. You will provide daily support to the operations team with the goal of enhancing safety, systems, efficiency, and dependability. The ability to resolve sophisticated problems and collaborate with others are keys to success! Responsibilities/Expectations: Collaborates with company partners to establish safe and efficient work tasks and processes Establishes planning and process documentation that promotes security and efficiency in operational and maintenance activities Serves as liaison to help govern priorities for projects and initiatives Applies modeling tools that assist in daily systems optimization and planning for future state Implements and analyzes optimization opportunities and processes Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Required: High School Diploma/GED and minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in operations, oil and gas, energy or engineering fields Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a technical field Other Requirements: Must possess valid State Driver's License and clean driving record Demonstrates aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes Exhibits excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and deems safety an utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills #LI-GC1 #LI-GC1 About Tunkhannock Tunkhannock is a small, quiet, family friendly town within the greater Scranton and Wilkes-Barre metropolitan areas.
