Professional Skills: Proficient in the cutting, assembling and shaping of materials such as gypsum board and integrated ceiling. Safety Awareness: Ensure the safety of the ceiling structure and be capable of handling the strength of the installation surface. Construction Preparation: Have the ability to inspect for leaks and pre-lay water and electricity pipelines. Work Intensity: Need to coordinating with the project schedule. Quality and Safety Management: Implement the safety production responsibility system, conduct technical briefings, supervise project quality, eliminate construction hazards, and ensure civilized construction. Coordination and Communication: Represent the company in discussing and resolving technical, design, and contract issues with the owner, the supervisor, the designer, and the supplier, and coordinate various production factors on the site.
