About the role
As an Employee Relations Administrator, you will support a variety of administrative tasks relating to the Employee Relations business at Inizio. This includes locating and organising SharePoint files, creating standardised templates and letters, transfer of information from support systems such as ServiceNow and Navex, and creating draft communications from meeting notes. This role may also provide additional support in processing Excel data for various areas of the business and creating PowerPoint presentations to provide this data to senior-level leadership. This role will report to our Global Employee Relations Lead and will work on a hybrid basis, working partly remotely and partly from our office in Gurugram. Your working hours will be from 1-10pm to align to the UK/Ireland and South Africa and allow crossover with East Coast US timezones. Responsibilities
- Working with a SharePoint system to organise current Employee Relations files and documents
- Working with a SharePoint system to locate documents related to Employee Relations
- Working with Service Now and Navex to create cases and ensure files and case notes are kept up to date and accurate
- Working with documents from a variety of countries to create consistent and harmonised templates and letters that can be used by Employee Relations, managers, and the People team to support in employee related processes
- Creating letters and scripts for the Employee Relations Specialists and Global Employee Relations Lead
- Working with Service Now and Navex to run reports and correlate the data for senior-level management
- Creating slide decks for review to be used with senior-level management and the People team
- Reviewing and amending MS teams transcripts and/or taking meeting notes for the Employee Relations Specialists and Global Employee Relations Lead
- Supporting with wider People Services administrative tasks as required

- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience working in SharePoint or similar systems
- Experience working in database collection systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Experience drafting ER case letters, scripts, templates, and processes
- General understanding of labour laws and regulations as they relate to the UK and Ireland, US, and South Africa is desirable, but not essential
