We are looking for a Trademark Search Analyst to join our Search Analysis team in Belgrade. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Proficient in English Proficient in Italian Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Microsoft, Outlook etc.) Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience It would be great if you also have . . . Experience working in IP field, preferably with Trademarks Experience in a customer-facing position Good analytical and research skills What will you be doing in this role? Manage daily production including completing all assigned trademark research tasks according to expected delivery time frame. Analyze search requests to properly retrieve data corresponding to the correct characteristics of the target image. Develop smart query strategies implementing specific goods and services relatable to the trademark device ensuring all essential retrieval of records of similarity, internal classifications and scope are achieved. Review the data for each report and make selections based on the most pertinent references to the subject matter. Provide high quality reports in a timely manner meeting the expectations of individual and team goals all while making sure scheduled deadlines are met regarding turnaround expectations. Answer clients' inquiries and proactively contact clients regarding CompuMark Search products and services
