DevOps Engineer Ubicación: Ciudad de México, Legaria, presencial 100% con opción a HO o híbrido mostrando resultados en primer mes* Buscamos un DevOps orientado a la automatización, integración continua y despliegue eficiente de aplicaciones. Este rol será clave para mejorar la colaboración entre desarrollo y operaciones, optimizar pipelines y garantizar la estabilidad, seguridad y escalabilidad de las plataformas tecnológicas. Responsabilidades principales: Diseñar, implementar y mantener pipelines Automatizar procesos de despliegue, monitoreo y operación. Administrar infraestructura como código (IaC). Gestionar entornos en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP). Monitorear aplicaciones y sistemas para asegurar disponibilidad y rendimiento. Implementar prácticas de seguridad (DevSecOps). Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para mejorar el ciclo de vida del software. Gestionar contenedores y orquestación (Docker, Kubernetes). Resolver incidentes y optimizar tiempos de respuesta (MTTR). Documentar procesos y buenas prácticas. Requisitos: Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingeniería o carrera afín. +3-5 años de experiencia en roles DevOps, SRE o similares. Experiencia con herramientas de CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Conocimiento en contenedores (Docker) y orquestación (Kubernetes). Experiencia en cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP). Conocimientos en scripting (Bash, Python o similar). Manejo de control de versiones (Git). Inglés B2 o C1 Habilidades clave: Pensamiento sistemático Automatización y eficiencia Resolución de problemas Comunicación y colaboración Proactividad Orientación a resultados Deseable : Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). Experiencia con arquitecturas de microservicios. Experiencia en metodologías ágiles.
