- Provide transparent status updates on schedule, quality, supply, and risks.
- Escalate critical issues with data-driven recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, product management, or operations within semiconductors, power electronics, or infrastructure markets.
- Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution.
- Experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to create structured execution dashboards.
- The expected annual pay range for this position is $190K-$230. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
