You will act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking SMB customers , servicing a diverse customer base across Flanders. You will develop in-depth knowledge of our vendors' solutions and use this expertise to advise customers on the technologies that best support their business goals. By combining relationship management (farming) with the reactivation of dormant accounts (hunting) , you will position yourself as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders. This is a highly customer-facing role, requiring regular on-site visits (on average six to seven per week) and close collaboration with inside sales, business unit managers, cloud, and finance teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience. The position in a nutshell In this role, you will: Manage and grow SMB partners , primarily Dutch-speaking clients in Flanders Build long-term customer relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and reactivate dormant accounts Develop a strong understanding of customers' businesses and advise on a broad IT portfolio (±80% traditional IT, ±20% cloud) Own the end-to-end commercial process, from pricing and quotations to deal follow-up and order management Proactively communicate on product availability, lifecycle changes, and special offers Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to sales initiatives across Ingram Micro
