Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education and Skills required to meet position qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics or Automation), provided a solid career in Quality.
  • Professional Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing environments is mandatory.
  • Proven experience with quality tools, including: SPC (CEP), FMEA, 8D, PPAP, ELSS.
  • Strong background in structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems.
  • Knowledge with ISO/TS 16949 (or IATF 16949) are required.
  • Intermediate English level (written and spoken) is required, due to frequent interaction with Product Engineering in Italy and recurring meetings with China. (Advanced is a plus)
  • Data analysis skills, including Excel and/or Power BI, to support presentations to customers and leadership.
  • Desirable
  • CQE - Certified Quality Engineer.

  • Implement and manage systems to ensure systematic actions for the prevention of costs and non-conformances, process and services, answering to internal and external customers' interests
  • The main challenges for the position holder are the implementation of strategies for company actions that result in profitable performance in economic environments characterized by strong competition and by the global nature of the markets. These strategies should comply with the ever more demanding standards from the automotive industry regarding quality, competitive price and environment. Work near by the customer is key.

Additional Information
