Job Requirements Minimum qualification: Secondary School / ITE or higher. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in order processing, logistics, documentation, or customer service roles. Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and trade documentation is an advantage. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Proactive attitude and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
