Senior Product Manager - White-Label App Store Platform

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields preferred.
• 2. 5-8 years of product management experience in internet products; experience with platform products, app stores, content distribution platforms, open platforms, or SaaS platforms preferred.
• 3. Proven experience designing complex backend systems or platform-type products; ability to independently lead product planning and delivery across multiple user roles and modules.
• 4. Strong familiarity with core app distribution flows, including app review, search ranking, recommendation mechanisms, chart strategies, and growth conversion.
• 5. Familiarity with white-label products, multi-tenant architecture, permission systems, or configurable backend design; hands-on project experience preferred.
• 6. Strong requirements analysis and abstraction skills; able to balance client-specific customization needs against scalable platform solutions.
• 7. Strong cross-functional communication and project execution skills; able to drive delivery in collaboration with engineering, QA, operations, and business teams.
• 8. Data-driven mindset; able to identify product issues through data analysis and drive iterative improvements.
• 9. Solid English reading and writing proficiency; experience with overseas markets or multilingual products preferred.
• Bonus Points
• 1. Experience with Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, Xiaomi App Store, or similar platforms.
• 2. Experience with the Android ecosystem, SDK platforms, or open platform products.
• 3. Experience with advertising platforms, monetization products, or growth products.
• 4. Experience with products targeting overseas markets, multiple regions, or multilingual user bases.
• 5. Familiarity with app review processes, compliance requirements, or security risk management.
