About the role

Your new company This is a multinational investment bank. Your new role Work closely with project managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technology teams-often in a virtual environment-to deliver high-quality business requirements and process workflows. Facilitate workshops and working group discussions with GMO teams across regions, as well as internal and external stakeholders (including Exchanges, Business, and Technology teams). Analyze business and system requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process workflows. Support project managers in managing workstreams, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and governance frameworks. What you'll need to succeed University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline. Some experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within Financial Services or Operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Some experience in Global Markets Operations or Investment Banking. Familiarity with Agile project delivery frameworks.
