HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, contracts, updates)
• Take ownership of complex employee and manager queries, resolving them with accuracy and care
• Handle more complex or country-specific HR cases
• Ensure HR data is accurate in systems like Workday
• Work closely with HR colleagues and the Global Service Center
• Support ongoing HR projects , including process improvements and new initiatives
• Contribute to activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and new benefits
• Help improve the way HR services are delivered
• What you bring
• ~3+ years of experience in HR ( Generalist, HR Ops, or HR Advisor)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in dealing with employees and real-life HR situations
• A hands-on mindset : you like getting things done and owning processes
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving how things work
• Comfortable working independently in a structured way
• Experience with HR systems (Workday is a plus)
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French
• Nice to have's
• Experience working in an international environment
• Experience with Workday
