- Required Experience and Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Workday Financials or a similar financial systems support role.
- Hands-on experience with one or more Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement).
- Basic to intermediate experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIBs.
- Ability to follow established processes, manage assigned tasks, and meet deadlines with guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and grow within a Workday ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments (e.g., Jira).
- Exposure to Workday release testing and change management activities.
