Responsibilities

  • Manage product backlog on assigned products in development

  • Minimum 5 years' product management experience, ideally in the financial services industry
  • Agile Training an asset
  • Completion of a University Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification preferred

The Product Solutions Manager is responsible for executing the strategy for FCC's digital products within the financial services industry. They will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive the delivery and continuous enhancement of assigned product streams, with a strong focus on user experience outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, aligning stakeholders, and managing competing priorities to enable consistent, high-quality delivery.
