About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to support hiring activities in EMEA. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on administrative coordination and candidate management. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers in an international environment. Provide administrative support for end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA Functions Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Support applicant tracking system SmartRecruiters with data entry and updates Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers Conduct CV screening for selected roles, where required Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting Location: Alcobendas Contract type: Internship (Mandatory University agreement) Duration: 6 months Working hours: 6h/day (8h-14h) Compensation: 720€/month Currently enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's), preferably in HR, Business Administration, or similar. Availability to establish an agreement with the university for at least 6 months. First experience or strong interest in recruitment / HR is an advantage Experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, proactive, and service-oriented mindset Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Mandatory Spanish and English (minimum C1 in both) languages, essential for international communication.
