This role oversees the performance of the national sales and ensures execution excellence across all sales activities. The position focuses on contract logistics businesses, warehousing, distribution, value-added services, and integrated supply chain solutions nationwide. 1. Sales Strategy & Performance Develop and execute the country Contract Logistics sales plan and overall Sales Strategy budget to achieve volume growth and profitability. Identify market opportunities, industry trends, customer supply chain challenges, and develop sustainable business pipelines. Drive strategic pipelines development and conversion of new Contract Logistics business opportunities. Ensure all sales KPIs, ROI targets, revenue and GP objectives, are met in line with budget Monitor sales performance, opportunity pipelines, solution win rates, and customer acquisition activities, implementing improvement plans where required. Continuously adapt sales strategies and priorities in response to changing customer requirements and market conditions. 2. Sales Leadership & Organization Develop, lead and manage an industry-leading Contract Logistics Sales Organization, taking full responsibility and accountability for its overall performance and achieving economies of scale. To Lead, mentor and develop the Sales Team, setting clear local sales objectives and priorities to meet clients' needs and achieve company growth targets. Foster collaboration between Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other support functions locally and regionally to deliver integrated logistics solutions. Represent Toll in strict alignment with company values and ethics, focusing on Safety, Integrity and Trust, and Continuous Improvement. 3. Customer & Stakeholder Management Taking charge in managing strategic Contract Logistics opportunities and key customer relationships. Develop strong relationships key stakeholders. Actively involve in customer engagement activities including solution presentations, site visits, contract negotiations, and business reviews. Collaborate closely with Operations and Solution Design teams to develop competitive and customer-focused logistics solutions. Build strong relationships within the Toll Network to leverage global and regional support to grow country opportunities. Drive customer retention, new business growth in various industry verticals. 4. Reporting, Process & Execution Continuous improvement, ensure data quality, and manage the timely submission of comprehensive sales reports for management & business review. Taking ownership of Contract Logistics Sales Process and ensure data quality is constantly maintained above 95% on the Global CRM platform. Implement, coordinate, and follow up on Group, Divisional, global, and regional Client Centricity initiatives aligned with Toll's strategy. Actively participate in and lead business opportunities of strategic importance. Handle additional tasks assigned by the direct Manager or functional leader. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or relevant discipline. Fluent in English. (Verbal & written). Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills. Extensive Experience: 5-10 years in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution, or Logistics Solutions, including 3-5 years in senior management and leadership roles. Project and Change Management: Proven track record in handling large, complex projects with challenging business outcomes, demonstrating strong change management skills. Operational and Stakeholder Management: Expertise in managing operations, setting priorities within budgets and time frames, and effectively dealing with stakeholders through collaborative forums. Leadership and Development: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop individuals and teams, and use effective strategies to achieve organizational goals in an international, multi-cultural environment, with a strong focus on compliance, integrity and teamwork.
