Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights from business, product, and user data.
• Conduct market analysis, user interviews, and solution reviews to identify problem spaces, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Define success factors, identify relevant metrics, andbuild dashboards to track product performance.
• Analyse post-release results and recommend areas forproduct improvement.
• Assess requested changes, including impact,feasibility, and resource requirements.
• Work with product teams and stakeholders to translateinsights into practical recommendations and product decisions.

Requirements

• Strong ability to collect, analyse, and synthesise data to derive actionable business or product insights.
• Good understanding of product discovery, user research, market analysis, metrics tracking, and post-release analysis.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline will be advantageous.
