Roles & Responsibilities: - Trained to handle full outlet operations in the first 3 to 6 months which includes backend kitchen duties, front end customer services, tea making procedure, product quality assurance, manpower planning and cost controlling. - Upon being proficient in the outlet operations, you will be move on to understand more on inventory management, business development and administrative support functions. - To be responsible to uphold outlet hygiene, maintenance and pest control requirements according to SFA, NEA and company guidelines. - You will have the chance to attend training courses in Taiwan or Singapore that will equip with essential expertise to perform management positions. - You will be in charge of managing a small team of service crew and supervising their responsibilities at the outlet level. - Other duties as assigned by superior.
