About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST (MANPOWER) in MANPOWER OPERATIONS (N122) DIRECTORATE OF MANPOWER AND PERSONNEL of BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of manpower management principles, medicine organization, and applicable systems (such as TFMMS and UMS). Conducting quantitative and qualitative manpower data analysis. Applying advanced analytical, supervisory, and negotiation skills to advise senior leadership and manage a team independently. Proficiency in required manpower systems i.e. (TFMMS). Supporting senior analysts in preparing reports.
