  • Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
  • Contributes to structured problem-solving efforts in the own team. Assists in conducting root cause analysis for simple quality issues and proposes basic corrective and preventive actions.
  • Process Improvement
  • Executes structured process improvement efforts.
  • Collaborates with teams to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains in quality control processes.
  • Implements and tracks basic process enhancements.
  • Manage Customer Expectations
  • Engages in more comprehensive customer interactions, actively listening to customer feedback and concerns.
  • Provides detailed explanations of quality control processes and addresses moderate customer expectations.
  • Culture & Community
  • Actively promote/use of the Q&E Reward & Recognition program and Q&E Communication Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field e.g. Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant area with no/limited experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experiences
