About the role
Job Responsibilities: Render all M&E Engineering support to the M&E Manager/Project Manager for the successful execution of the project. Manage and liaise with M&E subcontractor on M&E work progress on schedule. To monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed and attend all project meetings and progress meetings relating to meeting master program schedule Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements Prepare structural penetration shop-drawing for approval Oversee and guide all M&E staff/Supervisors/sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out in accordance to the approved shop drawings, materials and method statements. Prepare accurate and comprehensive M&E progress report with photographs when required. Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations. Any other duties assigned Requirement Any Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience for Main Contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for building or civil projects Strong in communication skill and a team player
