Help Shape the Future of Assessment Every year, millions of learners complete assessments powered by Learnosity. As a Product Manager in our Assessment domain, you'll help shape the products, APIs, and experiences that sit at the heart of our platform. You'll balance innovation with reliability while working on one of the most widely used assessment ecosystems in education technology. You'll work with engineers, designers, customer-facing teams, and customers to solve complex product challenges, improve learner and developer experiences, and help define how AI-powered product development is transforming the way software is built. The products you'll work on power learning experiences for millions of learners worldwide and are relied upon by leading education organisations, assessment providers, and learning platforms. This role combines the challenge of operating a mature platform at scale with the opportunity to shape its future. You'll help balance reliability, customer needs, platform evolution, and AI-driven innovation while influencing products that sit at the centre of Learnosity's business. You'll have the opportunity to make decisions that directly impact learner experiences while helping ensure the stability and performance customers expect from a market-leading assessment platform. Quick Facts Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid - minimum 1 day per week in office) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Team: Build - Assessment Reports to: VP Product Working Pattern: Regular collaboration across Europe, and North America, including recurring out-of-hours meetings. What You'll Achieve in Your First 12 Months Take ownership of key areas within Learnosity's Assessment product portfolio and develop a deep understanding of the platform. Deliver valuable new capabilities for learner and developer experiences while maintaining platform stability and reliability. Successfully balance customer requests, strategic initiatives, technical debt, bugs, and maintenance activities. Build strong customer feedback loops and use customer insights to influence product decisions and roadmap priorities. Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to take features from discovery through delivery and release. Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled product development practices across Product and Engineering teams. Build trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales. A Typical Week Might Include Triaging and prioritising of reporting product issues Running discovery sessions to better understand customer needs and assessment challenges.
