Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10-15 direct reports
- Ensure the location is in compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimized through the use of teamwork and TPM/continuous improvement principles.
- Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications.
- Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.
- Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.

- Work Schedule: 3rd shift (9:30pm to 5:30am)
Requirements
- High School Diploma and 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor's degree
- Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this position
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Experience in production supervision
- Experience in quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment
- TPM experience
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with SAP
- Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
- The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
