Responsibilities

  • Advanced knowledge of New York and New Jersey permitting, codes, and regulatory processes, with experience guiding teams through agency approvals.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong leadership skills and confidence managing teams, projects, and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in the New York office for at least three days to participate in client meetings, team collaboration, and professional development.
  • Physical Demands
  • Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer.

We're hiring a Civil Project Manager to lead complex civil engineering projects in our growing New York office, located in Tribeca. This senior-level role is ideal for an engineer ready to take full ownership of project delivery, strengthen and expand client relationships, and help drive the continued growth of our practice. At KPFF, you'll manage diverse projects from start to finish, mentor a talented team, and play an active role in developing new business, all while leveraging KPFF's strong reputation in the AEC industry. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being in the office three days a week for client meetings, collaboration, and professional development.
