Position/Titles: Security Officer for Large Corporate Property Job Description: As a Security Officer , you will be responsible for safeguarding properties, deterring criminal activity, and ensuring the safety of businesses, construction sites, and residential communities, etc. Your role requires vigilance, strong decision-making, and excellent communication skills to handle security incidents effectively. This site may experience occasional interaction with unhoused individuals who pass through or attempt to use facility amenities. There is also a known unhoused population in the surrounding area. These interactions are typically non-confrontational but require professionalism, awareness, and the ability to enforce site policies respectfully. Officers should also be aware of environmental factors, including the occasional presence of loose animals in the area, and must use sound judgment to maintain personal safety.
